Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receiving returned products as defined below.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Batteries and Ink.
  • Products refer to the items offered for sale on the website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Website refers to Batteries and Ink, accessible from batteriesandink.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Return Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of user error then the you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs which will be non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number a detailed description for the reason of the return. Before returning products, please read and follow the instructions and ensure that you understand our return policy and that all criteria is met before sending any products back.

Conditions for Returns

For products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The products still have the original packaging when applicable

Returning Goods

We will issue a return shipping label for faulty or defective products and pay all associated shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to Batteries and Ink if an incorrect item was ordered or for any personal reasons .

Please include a copy of the invoice in the returned package.

We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days from when we receive the returned products. All refunds will be made to back to the original payment method used during checkout.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the refund is due to a customer errors such as incorrect shipping address, incorrect item ordered or any personal reasons. If the product is not needed anymore or the return is  processed beyond the 30 days returns period a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Please ensure returned packages are trackable as stated under the “Returning Goods” section above.
