At Batteries and Ink, we are committed to fast, free, and reliable delivery for every order. Please review the sections below for details on our shipping policies.
🚚 What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders — no hidden fees, no minimum purchase required.
📬 What shipping methods are available?
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for the vast majority of shipments. For large or wholesale orders, we may use UPS or FedEx, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
⏱️ How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Standard delivery times are typically 2–3 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur on weekends or public holidays.
🔍 How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your shipment anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page. You’ll also receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched.
🌎 Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
⚡ Expedited Shipping
At this time, we do not offer paid expedited shipping options. However, most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which generally arrive within 2–3 business days. If you require urgent delivery for a time-sensitive order, please contact us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
📮 PO Box Deliveries
We are happy to deliver to PO Boxes. USPS handles the majority of our shipments, so there is no issue delivering to post office boxes. If your order is being shipped via UPS or FedEx, we may contact you to request a physical address.
📦 Lost Package Policy
If your tracking number shows as delivered, but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Double-check around your home — mailbox, porch, garage, back door, or any safe drop-off locations.
- Ask neighbors, roommates, or household members in case the package was accepted or picked up by someone else.
- Wait at least 24 hours — sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered prematurely.
If your package is still missing:
- Contact your local USPS office directly. USPS scans include GPS coordinates of the delivery location, which can help determine where the package was left.
- Contact us at cs@batteriesandink.com or via live chat, and we will assist you in opening an investigation.
- Upon request, we can help retrieve the GPS scan from USPS and guide you through the next steps for a resolution.
