Important Compatibility Notice

Please verify compatibility, model numbers, and specifications before placing your order.
Returns and refunds are strictly limited to faulty products or incorrect items shipped by us.
Orders placed in error, including incompatibility or incorrect model selection, are not eligible for return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, or
  • The incorrect item was shipped by us

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any customer-related error, including but not limited to:

  • Wrong item ordered
  • Incompatibility or incorrect model selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refused delivery or undeliverable shipments
  • Items ordered based on assumption rather than confirmed compatibility

This applies even if the item is unused, unopened, or still in original packaging.


2. Conditions for Approved Returns

For an approved return to be accepted, all of the following must be met:

  • The return request is approved by us in advance
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items Shipped

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly shipped, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label, and
  • Offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion

In some cases, photo or video evidence may be sufficient and a return may not be required.


4. Shipping Responsibility for Returns

For approved returns only:

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Items returned due to customer error, including incorrect shipping details or refused delivery, are not eligible for a refund.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds for approved returns only are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Where a return is approved at our sole discretion, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable.


6. Refused Delivery / Return-to-Sender

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The order is not eligible for a refund.
If any refund is issued, it will be partial, at our discretion, and shipping costs will not be refunded.


7. Relationship to Warranty Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy operates separately from our Warranty Policy.

  • Compatibility errors are not defects
  • Warranty coverage applies only to correctly selected and compatible products
  • Warranty claims cannot be used to bypass return restrictions

8. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have:

If your warranty has expired, we may offer a discount code or goodwill credit toward a future purchase. This does not constitute a refund.
