2. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping via a prepaid label.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- For returns made after 60 days, a prepaid label may be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

- A 10% restocking fee may apply if:
- The return is made after 30 days
- The item was ordered incorrectly or returned due to customer error
- The shipping address provided was incorrect
5. Warranty-Based Returns
Many of our products come with a limited manufacturer warranty (typically 6 to 12 months depending on the item). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.

- Malfunction due to internal defects
- Items not functioning as described
Warranty Exclusions:
- Physical damage, drops, water exposure

To Make a Warranty Claim:

If the warranty claim is approved, we will:

- Offer a refund or store credit, depending on availability and your preference
